 Ahead of Lok Sabha poll: BJP delegation meets Radha Swami sect head

Amritsar, December 6, 2023: As per media reports, in the wake of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024, delegation of Bharatiya Janata Party, led by national secretary (organization) Manthri Srinivasan and other senior leaders today visited Dera Radha Swami and met Dera Head Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon.

Senior BJP leader Mr. Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina who was part of the delegation said that they held discussions with Baba Gurinder Singh Ji who is an epitome of religious devotion and public welfare for half an hour and saw the meticulous planning and management of the Dera.

The leaders discussed various matters relating the history of Punjab, culture and how the religious preachers and teachers can play pivotal role in the peace and harmony in any society.

He said the spiritual environment of the Dera and Sangat immersed in the devotion was highly praiseworthy.

In Punjab, he said, the religious preachers and saints have a bigger role to play for communal harmony and peace. “The role of Dera Beas had been commendable in the general peace and harmony.

The Dera is an example of inter-religious talks and discussions and co-existence of various communities”, said Mr.Chhina adding that Baba Gurinder Singh ji is resemblance of wisdom and affection.

He said they took the blessings from Baba ji who asked us many things about our individual and public life and said that the social service must be the top most priority of any individual.

Others who were present during the meeting included Gurpartap Singh Tikka, Ajaybir Singh Randhawa, Harpreet Singh Gill, Sarchand Singh and others.
