It is difficult for me to express about Indian Heritages in few words. Being a traveller, I travelled across the nation to get glimpses of some beautiful monuments of India’s. Frankly, I was bowled over by the charming beauty of the monuments. Let’s explore some of the heritages of India which will interests you!! India is one of the exotic home that have numerous world heritage sites with attractively uniquetemples to glorious monuments, with pleasant existence of various religions and languages.Some of them are below: 1. Taj Mahal, Agra Taj Mahal is one of the 7 wonders in the world which is a sign of Love & Romance and derived from the name of Shah Jahan’s wife Mumtaj Mahal. Taj Mahal is on the banks of river Yamuna. It is made up of pure white marbles, precious gemstones and decorated beautifully to give pleasant look. Taj Mahal took an estimated 22 Years to build.Depending on what time of the day it is and whether or not there’s moon at night, Taj Mahal appears to be of different colour every time .Some even believe that this changing pattern of colours depict different moods of woman. 2. Ajanta and Ellora Caves Ajanta and Ellora caves are Rock- Cut temples which is a high degree of perfection.It were discovered by an Army officer in the madras regiment of the British Army in 1819.The paintings and sculptures in the caves, are inspired by Buddhism and its compassionate ethos. It is 107 km from the city of Aurangabad in Maharashtra. Ajanta and Ellora caves is declared as world Heritage sites by UNESCO since 1983. 3. Golden Temple Golden Temple Amritsar is also known as Shri Harmindar Sahib which means Temple of God. It also represents the unique identity, glory and heritages of Sikhs. The most unusual facts about this world famous temple is that it is made of white marble , embellished with real gold , which is why it gets the name of Golden Temple. 4. Qutub Minar Qutub Minar is world heritage in Delhi. It is the second tallest minar in india after Fateh Burj inchappar chiri at Mohali. It is surrounded by lush green garden.
