This 21-Day Fitness Challenge is a commitment to making physical and Mental health. In 21 days efforts to form a new healthy habit. Each year 14th November is celebrated as World Diabetic Day. Dr. Pramod Tripathi thought of taking advantage of this occasion and started with 30-days Diabetes Reversal Challenge 2 years back where each day a live session was conducted giving interesting and useful tips on diet and exercise to reduce sugars.
