Looking for a job can be exhaustive; in fact, it can be more time-consuming than actually working in a full-time job. It’s not uncommon for many job seekers to pound the pavement (or more likely scour the web), crafting cover letters, customizing resumes, and attending interviews for 40, 50 or even 60 hours a week. However, some employers don’t quite appreciate the time, effort, and cost investment that job seekers make. Is this fair? No. Does it still happen? Yes.
