Kulfi is made with whole milk, sugar, and flavors such as cardamom, saffron, and pistachios. The mixture is cooked on low heat for hours until it thickens and reduces in volume. It is then poured into molds and frozen until solid. Kulfi is traditionally served on a stick, but it can also be scooped and served in a bowl.
