BIM brings all elements of a building layout together into one complete system; it is no longer a collection of unconnected parts. The plumbing exists in context with the electrical work and one will see if there are some conflicts that may build the development or renovation method more difficult. Internet of Things - IoT is the environment of physical object embedded with electronics, software, sensors and connectivity to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.
