BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing which is very popular nowadays as one can easily work whether they are from technical or nontechnical field. BPO generally has two types; Back-office outsourcing where the jobs are offsite and entail dealing mainly with customer care, finance, data processing or other technical work and Front office outsourcing where the job is to provide customer related services and contact center services and inquiries. Like in other career options, this also need some qualifications. Some of them are as follows: - Good communication skills and knowledge, fluency and good accent and a presentable voice are a must. Having the basic educational qualification i.e., Intermediate or Plus 2, for a nontechnical BPO category. Having basic Computer Knowledge i.e., the ability to browse the internet, ability to send and receive emails, good typing speed, use of M.S.Office is required. While Communication skills are required, one must also have good listening skills.
