The societies, whose main destination is to serve the investment in a particular State, are legislated by the Cooperative Societies Act of that particular State. While a society whose concept targets are to serve the diversions of its members in more than one State, are legislated by the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002. The Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 which replacements the previous statute of 1984, motivates the consolidation of useful members whose articles and capabilities topped to a couple of states. The Act accommodates facility of both important (with both institutional and individual parts) and elected cooperatives (with simply institutional participation).
