    DDA flats scheme 2014

    DDA flats scheme 2014 is announced by the Delhi government to fulfill the desire of specially middle class and lower class income people. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to introduce their biggest residential scheme consists of more than 25000 apartment units. The DDA has been known for its housing activities since 1957 as the 9th builder of the majestic capital of India. The registration for flats has begun from September 1, 2014 and will continue to October 9, 2014. DDA have announced five types of housing options offering different bedroom options in variant size as per the need and budget of the buyers. In the DDA flats scheme 2014 the housing authority is offering approximately 25000 flats in Delhi out of which about 1,000 flats which are for people belonging to the Higher Income Group (HIG), these flats in Delhi will have 3 BHK and more bedroom options. The housing scheme also offer Economical Weaker Section flats which include around 24,044 flats comprises of 1 BHK sets which are for the Lower Income Group (LIG).The scheme also offers around 1,200 (MIG) flats for Middle Income Group that will consist of 1 BHK or 2 bedroom flats. There is also one more category of flats in this scheme named as Janta flats. The EWS apartments are the shabbiest living space as the size ranging between 25 sq. m. and 40 sq. m. with the price beginning from Rs. 5.9 lac to Rs. 11 lac. While the high end (HIG) apartments are available in the size varying from 84 sq. m. to 165 sq. m. with the price starting from Rs. 60 lac to Rs. 1.20 crore. This time DDA will be using pre-fabricated structures that also hold eco-friendly and green features. Anyone who is 18 years or above are eligible can apply for DDA flats scheme 2014 for sale in Delhi. The registration forms DDA flats scheme 2014 can be collected from the DDA office (Vikas Sadan) or from the 13 banks such as Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank Ltd., Corporation Bank, Indusland Bank, State Bank of India and many other banks. The DDA flats 2014 will be allotted to the people by the month of March 2015 and possession of homes in Delhi will be provided within a year of allotment. To apply for allotment of the DDA flats, the person will have to submit a photocopy of PAN Card and Aadhar Card along with the filled application form.
