Decision on Akhilesh-Owaisi in hate speech case on September 17

What was noteworthy during the hearing was that Supreme Court advocate Ravi Prakash Shukla presented his arguments for half an hour through video conferencing. Said that the Supreme Court has asked to register a case in cases of hate speech. In such a case a case should be registered.
