Difference between Heart attack and Cardiac arrest

Heart attack occurs when the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the heart is blocked and cardiac aarrest occurs when heart malfunctions and stops beating unexpectedly. A heart attack may be immediate and include shortness of breath, cold sweats, and/or nausea/vomiting while cardiac arrest person becomes unresponsive, stops breathing or gasps for breath.
