Recovering deleted emails in Outlook 2013, and Outlook 2016 if you have to recover an email that is accidentally deleted from your inbox and when you are using the Outlook 2016 or Outlook 2013, then look in the Deleted Items Folder in your mailbox. This folder is there when you accidentally delete emails. It is not lost forever and it can be recovered to your inbox. However, if you are not able to find the email you deleted in there, look in the Recoverable Items folder with the "Recover Deleted Items" tool. Navigating to the Deleted Items folder to find this folder, select Home and then select the "Recover Deleted Items From Server." Choose the "Restore Selected Items" option and click on OK. You can move them back to the Deleted Items folder. If you have found the email you accidentally deleted from the server or in the Deleted Items folder, move it back to your inbox by right-clicking and selecting to move the email to your inbox you want to save it to. For getting back the entire deleted folder, there is a sub-folder in the Deleted Items folder. To move it back to its original place, right click on it and select where you want to move it. If you cannot find the message here, then you have lost it permanently from the mailbox it can not be recovered. Recovering deleted emails in Outlook 2010 if you have to recover an email that is accidentally deleted from your inbox and when you are using the Outlook 2010, then look for it in the Deleted Items folder in your mailbox. Here, you can find items like calendar appointments, contact, task, etc. You can also recover a deleted folder from here. Navigate to your email folder list, and click on Deleted Items. Then find the message you want to recover, right-click on it, and Move > Other Folder. Now move the message to the inbox and hit OK. A deleted folder appears as a subfolder in the Deleted Items folder. For recovering this, click Move Folder, and then choose a folder to move it to. If you are unable to see the message in the Deleted Items folder, then go to the Recoverable Items folder. This hidden folder is where you can find the Deleted Items folder. For recovering items from the Recoverable Items folder, follow this: In Outlook, go to the Folder tab, and then press the Recover Deleted Items. Select the item you want to recover and click on Recover Selected Items. These items then move to the Deleted Items folder. These can be moved back to the inbox folder. Multiple items can be recovered by holding down the control key when you click on these items. For recovering all the items, choose Select All, and then click Recover Selected Items. Recovering deleted emails in Outlook Web App if you have to recover an email that is accidentally deleted from your inbox and when you are using the Web App, then you first need to look in the Deleted Items folder. If you are not able to find it there, then search in the Recoverable Items folder. You can access it by using the Recover Deleted Items tool. For recovering a message, log in to the Outlook Web App and search for the folder named as Deleted Items. When you find the message, right-click on it and go to Move > Inbox. For going to a different folder, right-click on it, and click Move > More. Select a folder location and then press Move. Deleted folders appear in the Deleted Items folder. For recovering it and the messages it contains, right-click on the deleted folder, go to Move, and then select a folder you want to move it to. If you are not able to find the message in the Deleted Items folder, then right-click on Deleted Items, and click on Recover deleted items. The search function can be used twill help in locating the message. When you find it, select it, and then hit Recover. When you have recovered it, these messages will be in the Inbox folder. Recovering deleted emails in Outlook.com if you have to recover an email that is accidentally deleted from your inbox and when you are using the web-based version of Outlook, then you need to go to the left pane of the Outlook.com window and press the Deleted folder. In the windows' bottom, select recover deleted messages. This attempt helps you in recovering as many messages as possible and moving them in your Deleted folder. If you are not able to see the deleted messages that you were important, then you have lost it permanently. After you have recovered the emails back in the deleted folder, make sure to move the important ones to the inbox folder again. This is because the Deleted folder cleans out the emails by time.
