Respond to editors or reviewers graciously. Make all the changes required for re-submission. Get rid of all the grammatical and English language errors! Aim for high-impact and well-established journals. Adhere to the ethical codes of publication. Do not report someone else’s work as yours. Do not get dejected by rejection. I agree it is a pretty daunting task, not just for those new to the research field. It is difficult to guarantee publication but what you can do is avoid your research paper being rejected for grammar and English language issues. You are the expert in your subject area, but experts make mistakes too and facing rejection because of English and grammar errors is just unnecessary.
