COCONUT WATER: A chilled glass of coconut will cheer you up immediately. Mild sugar and new flavour make it the best cocktail to hold the summer blues at bay. It’s also a perfect electrolyte, so any time you feel dehydrated, you’ve filled with some coconut water, and you’re ready to go. LASSI: This smooth and fully yoghurt – based refreshment is considered a great summer cooler. The best thing is that you can quickly apply a number of combinations to it, from traditional to mint, avocado, mango to banana walnut lassi and more. BARLEY WATER: Barley water is an old cure for good health. What you need to do is make this elixir of pearl barley, water, salt, honey and lemon, and you’re ready to go. AAM PANNA: An absolute lip-smacking cocktail, most of which is popular in Maharashtra, is made with our favourite fruit king – mango. This cooling summer drink is made with mango pulp and mixed with cumin, jeera and mint leaves. BUTTERMILK: Buttermilk is fermented milk food. Most modern buttermilk is cultivated, which means the beneficial bacteria have been introduced to it. It is distinct from conventional buttermilk, which is only seen in western countries today.
