Trackbacks can be a great way for WordPress publishers to share insights and continue meaningful conversations with readers through their writing. A trackback is a notification sended from external website when using blogging software links to posts from your website. There are also pingbacks that are almost the same as trackbacks, the only difference between them is that trackbacks are sent manually, but pingbacks – automatically.
