ICC World Cup 2023: The ICC confirmed the prize money for the ICC World Cup 2023, announcing a USD 10 million for the marquee tournament. The total prize money for the 2023 Men’s World Cup to be held in India will be US$10 million (approximately Rs 84 crore). The winner of the marquee tournament will claim USD 4 million (approximately Rs 33 crore) from the above pool. Meanwhile, the runner-up will be awarded US$2 million (approximately Rs 16.5 crore) in the final to be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on November 19. The tournament begins on October 5 with last years’ finalists, England and New Zealand, meeting in Ahmedabad. India will start its campaign against Australia on 8th.
