The cornea is the central part of the surface of the eye.Usually the cornea is dome shaped.The keratoconus is a situation in which the cornea is not just strong to hold the round shape and bulges outwards like a cone.The keratoconus may cause distortion of vision with multiple images and also causes streaking and sensitivity to light.
