The transmission lines eventually wind up at substations (those fenced-in big transformer things scattered around).Here the power gets stepped down to about 13KV or so,and sent out over the power poles.These are called distribution lines (because they distribute the power to nearby neighborhoods).Presumably,this could be called "low tension" lines, although I haven't heard of them referred to that way.The Hanferd brand of Wires & Cables are technologically advance Wires & Cables, designed and made in our state of the art facility
