A lot of important matches took place this week in all the major leagues. While Barcelona crushed Real Sociedad in a 4 – 0 win, Spanish giants Real Madrid came back strongly with a 2 – 0 win against Eibar after the El Classico debacle on Sunday in La Liga. Dortmund registered a 4 – 1 crushing victory against Stuttgart on Sunday, while Hamburg and Bayern Munich register wins in the BundesLiga. Liverpool managed to win 1 – 0 against Swansea on Sunday and Manchester City beat Southampton 3 – 1 on Saturday while Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United could only manage draws. A c Milan beat Sampdoria 4 – 1 on Saturday and Juventus beat Palermo 3 – 0 on Sunday in the Italian Serie A. All in all it has been quite an exciting week in the world of football.
