Tips for weight loss. • Drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals. • Drink lots of green Tea and natural juices, diet and regular soft drinks (Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day). • Never ever eat white Pasta, bread or potatoes. • Includes whole wheat pasta, wheat bread. • Eat all the vegetables you want. • Eat 5 small meals a day including with snacks. • Do not eat anything after 7pm. • Eat mostly lean protein & no chips, popcorn, cookies, cake etc. no junk food. • Get only 1 fruit a day (Like Blueberries, strawberries, cranberries). • Do at least ½ an hour of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day and if possible do trainer consulted workout. • Do light weight training 3-5lbs for upper body 3 times a week. • Drinks 1 protein drinks a day (skim milk with protein powder with greens in morning). • Eat the good fat (olive oil, seed oil). • Sleep at least 8 hours and never weigh you. • Minimize stress to minimize stress hormones. • Snack on a small amount of almonds throughout the day. • Write a food diary every day to stay on track. • Eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. • Take a good quality multi vitamin/mineral a day. • Eat tofu, Beans, and Legumes.
