Hydrostacic Sensor Paver Finishers Starting from a minimum screed width of 2.5 meters, these go as high as 9 meters with a permutation-combination of hydraulic extendables and bolt-on mechanical extensions on either sides of the paver. Put simply, it means you do a variety of job with a single machine…efficiently at reduced costs. Also, these have inbuilt tamping and vibrators to stabilize the roads being paved. The smaller units (2.5 to 4.5 meters and) and tyre mounted where as the larger one (3 meters to 9 meters) are track mounted. For uniform asphalt heating, it has an in-built heater running on HSD or LPG. Where there are more than one track being laid, independent displacement pumps have been provided for unhindered laying of asphalt Mechanical Paver Finishers: Laying asphalt in itself is a challenge which Ammann-Apollo helps you do efficiently. What adds to it are our mechanical paver finishers. Be it wet mix or asphat paving, you just have to remember Ammann-Apollo. Curb Pavers: Adding to the aesthetics as also durability of roads are our curb pavers which come in 2 basic designs. - Model KP 40. A compact machine, its helps lay curbs of different dimensions through an extrusion process and is fitted with sensors to steer and control height. Feeding is done via a transit mixer or through shoveling from a flat-bed truck. - Model KP 1200. A complete suit of operations can be undertaken with this machine from vibrations to level sensor controls. Mounted on steel tracks to ensure stability and gradability, it has a quick-change module under which mould design can be changed within 30 minutes! Bitumen Pressure Distributor: Bitumen needs to be sprayed on certain surfaces while asphalting as part of the process and for the same is Ammann-Apollo’s Bitumen Pressure Distributor. With bitumen carrying capacities ranging from 4000 to 10000 liters, these come with GI sheet cladding and efficient heating systems and can be fitted to most trucks in existence in India today. Standard spraying can be over an area of 2.4 meters which extensions up to 4.2 meters which with foldable extension bars go up to 4.5 meters. Pneumatic nozzles therein spray up to 225 mm c/c. To make it doubly safe, we have installed an analogue temperature indicator on the tank and a digital indicator in the remote box. So, there goes!
