Non Government organizations or NGOs are playing a very significant role in the society these days. From culture to health care and education, the various NGOs are working relentlessly for the betterment of the socio economic condition of the country. With around 2 million NGOs, today India has probably got the highest number of NGOs, with 1 for every 600 Indians. Though, the NGOs are playing a key role in today’s society, in some cases the working condition of this NGOs are too poor. Problems ranging from financial and structural limits to that of operational area are primarily responsible for it. Some of such problems being faced by the NGOs in India have been listed below.
