Course Content Basics of male and female reproductive system and gametogenesis Fundamentals of Embryology Introduction to infertility, IUI and IVF Deep dive into semen parameters, sperms and its characteristics Different types of culture media and culture conditions Dish preparation for cases Various techniques of semen processing for IVF/ICSI Oocyte and Embryo handling Oocyte Retrieval and Grading Basic principles and techniques for Cryopreservation by Vitrification Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) To get confidence on performing the different techniques of ART Extensive Hands on training in handling of gametes, semen analysis and processing, loading of embryo transfer catheters, vitrification, sperm immobilization and ICSI.
