With the recent completion of demolition and groundbreaking for new construction at the site of the new ESC, things are moving full speed ahead to the opening date in October 2016. Last month, the Kings announced a partnership with vendor Legends Hospitality to provide “farm-to-court” dining options that will take advantage of the region’s agricultural bounty, with 90 percent of the ESC’s food and beverages sourced from within a 150-mile radius.
