Samsung turns winner in patent tussle with Apple

For several years Apple was the winner in a legal dispute with Samsung where the former filed lawsuits relating to patent infringements by the latter. In the last quarter, the South Korean mobile giant even announced that Apple was paid $548 million in damages but had the right to reclaim the money if the judgement was altered, removed, reversed or kept aside.
