Business Storytelling is the process of telling a story, rather than listing facts, when communicating with current or potential customers. It helps businesses stand out from their competitors, providing their customers with a storyline in which they will remember them. Every story has elements that work to create a cohesive unit of writing. These elements can be broken into five parts or pillars. These pillars are : Characterisation, Plot, Setting, Theme & Style. The most important Business Storytelling elements are : A Conflict and Solution, Authenticity, Universality, Purpose and Structure, Accessibility, Relatability, Emotion, Curiosity.
