The Savages: The Diamond of Nollywood Comedy Movie

Every now and then, you stumble across a film that completely surprises you; partially because you weren’t anticipating anything so fantastic, and partly because you’re immensely entertained. The Savages is precisely like that. The Savages starts out like any other heist movie. However, it soon becomes clear that the female criminal duo, who takes up most of the movie’s screentime, is nothing like what you’ve ever seen. If I must attempt a comparison, I’ll say they are like DC’s Harley Quinn on steriods. Clad in orange jumpsuits (because orange is the new black, I guess), the pair are bold and fearless in their notoriety.
