Thermoplastic polyamide elastomers are lightweight polymers based on polyamides, with properties such as high elasticity and flexibility; and high resistance to greater impacts. They are block copolymers based on polyether or polyester and nylon. They are widely used across different sectors such as consumer goods, automotive, electrical & electronics, and medical. Thermoplastic polyamide elastomers are primarily used in areas where thermoplastic elastomers are inefficient, especially at lower temperatures. Blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, and rotational molding are some of the techniques used to produce thermoplastic polyamide elastomers.
