This system gives the customer the opportunity drop their car off at curb side without having to look for parking spaces and incurring expensive parking charges. Your car will be picked up by a trained and insured driver with a company ID at the curb side of your departure terminal and will be driven back to our secure yard within a five mile radius of the airport. Our yard is a fully secure premises with 24hr CCTV monitoring and manned security. On your return we will deliver your vehicle to the designated area within 15 minutes of your call giving you convenience and peace of mind. Airports & Directions HEATHROW AIRPORT - WHERE TO MEET US TERMINAL 1 Postcode for Satellite Navigation: TW6 1AP Departure Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 1 Once you come out of the main entrance tunnel follow signs for 'TERMINAL 1 DEPARTURE DROP OFF'. As you come up the ramp keep your vehicle in the left lane which automatically takes you to the designated pickup area. Park your vehicle at the end of the pickup area on the left hand side where the floor markings say 'PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY'. One of our chauffeurs will meet you there with all your booking details. Arrival Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 1 Once you have picked up all of your luggage call the number printed on the return slip. Make your way out of the arrivals hall towards the short stay car park. Cross the road passing the bus lane and the taxi lane and enter the short stay car park. Once you are in the car park building make your way to GROUND LEVEL - ZONE 'D' to collect your car. TERMINAL 2 Sat-Navigation postcode: (TW6 1EW) Terminal 2 Departure Instructions • From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 • Exit the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, join the final approach to Terminal 2 Go on the ramp up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park. • continue to keep right as the ramp will lead into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. • Enter the car park Level 4, continue left down the spiral to Level 2 follow the signs for “off airport parking” and park your vehicle in "Row B". • You will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 Arrival Instructions 1. Once you have collected your luggage call the number given when your car was collected. 2. Make your way short stay car park 2, Level 2, and the vehicle will be parked in Row "B". ( This is the same place you handed over the car on your departure) TERMINAL 3 Postcode for Satellite Navigation: TW6 3QG Departure Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 3 Once you come out of the main entrance tunnel follow signs for 'TERMINAL 3 VALET DROP OFF'. As you come towards the terminal keep your vehicle in the right hand side lane. Park your vehicle in Lane 5 (furthest lane away from the Terminal Building) where the floor markings say 'PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY'. Arrival Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 3 Once you have picked up all of your luggage call the number printed on the return slip. Make your way to LEVEL 1 of the building taking a lift near the exit of the arrivals hall. Once you are at level 1 take the bridge towards the short stay car park. Make your way towards ZONE 'A' of the car park to collect your car. TERMINAL 4 Postcode for Satellite Navigation: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 4 Once you arrive at Heathrow Airport area follow signs for TERMINAL 4 DEPARTURE DROPOFF. As you go up the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left lane, and enter into LANE 3 (Furthest lane away from the terminal building). Once you are in the car park building make your way to Ground Level exit lane next to payment machines to collect your car. TERMINAL 5 Postcode for Satellite Navigation: TW6 2GA Departure Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 5 When you come up the main ramp towards the terminal building keep your vehicle in the left lane and follow signs for 'SHORT STAY CAR PARK'. On that signage one particular lane will be marked as 'FAST TRACK BUSINESS PARKING'. Follow that lane towards the end and you will come to a set of barriers. Take a ticket form the machine and make your way to ZONES L&M. Park in the designated areas marked 'OFF AIRPORT MEET & GREET' where one of our chauffeurs will meet you with all your booking details.
