They provide heat, are rich in vitamins and nutrients, and are a fantastic source of energy during the winter. The fragrant flavour of dry fruit powder helps to save your child's desire for sweetness. The powder can be kept in an airtight container and the recipe just takes a few minutes to prepare. Recipe: 2 teaspoons dry fruit powder; 1 cup milk Almond, Pista, and cashew dry roasting. To make a fine powder, combine everything in a mixer. Reheat the milk after adding the powder. Serve hot. Soup Made With Tomatoes Vitamin C is found in tomatoes, which increases natural immunity. This soup is filling, delicious, and energetic. To make this tart soup delicious for kids, add cream. Recipe: 3 to 4 tomatoes, 1 tbsp finely chopped onions, 4 small cloves of minced garlic, and optional bread cubes. Pepper powder, 12 tsp., butter or ghee, and fresh cream, 1 Tbsp. Prepare peeled tomatoes into a fine purée. In some butter, sauté the onion until golden, then add the garlic. Tomato puree should be added. Then, add a small amount of water, and bring to a medium-high boil. Mix well after adding fresh cream, salt, and pepper powder. With warm bread cubes, serve. Soup with vegetables Proteins and vitamins can be found in vegetables. This soup is a good choice if your kid is a picky eater. This soup will make a filling, flavorful meal that is creamy. Recipe 1/4 teaspoons of cumin seeds; small amounts of carrot, beans, peas, and potatoes. • Garlic, one or two 1/4 teaspoons of butter or ghee; a dash of pepper powder Pressure Cooked vegetables. Combine them to create a paste once they have cooled. Reheat the combined mixture in ghee or butter. Finally, season it with salt and pepper powder. Serve hot. Your meal will be rich with nutrients that will help you strengthen your immunity.
