    Why Workout?

    Category: Sports

Taking more steps a day by walking errands also helps lower the risk of premature deaths from all causes. Defying gravity, conquering the weights. Stay close to nature while working out as it pacifies your body and mind, thus maintains the equilibrium. Unleash your potential by breaking barriers. Build muscle and body to stay fit and strong. Push your limits and unlock new strength.Every rep counts and every effort matters. Body is no less than a machine and the organs in it need movement for better body maintenance. As per Darwin’s theory, every part in the body gets better only if used to their maximum limit. Darwin’s theory justifies the fact that species can change over time, that new species come from pre-existing ones. Not getting enough physical activity can lead to cardiovascular diseases like high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. Risks of physical inactivity include feelings of anxiety and depression, cause of certain cancers, overweight and obese problems, other body spasms. Even the new born babies are massaged firmly, so that the delicate bones tend to take their shape. Doctors advise pregnant ladies also to stretch out their body so that there is foetal movement which is very much appreciated. Henceforth, workout is necessary at all stages of life and to all forms of living organisms. Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of diseases, improves immunity, strengthen bones and muscles and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Consistent workout increases your chances of living longer. An estimated 110,000 deaths per year could be prevented if US adults ages 40 and older increased their moderate to vigorous physical activity by a small amount. Even 10 minutes more a day would make a difference. It is not advisable to perform too much exercise as well since it can hurt your body. It results in being unable to perform at the same level, needing longer periods of rest, feeling tired, being depressed, having mood swings or irritability, having trouble sleeping, feeling sore muscles or heavy limbs, getting overuse injuries, losing motivation, getting more colds, losing weight and feeling anxious. Overtraining can be avoided by eating enough calories, decrease your workouts before a competition, drinking enough water during workouts, aim to get atleast 8 hours of sleep daily, do not exercise in extreme heat or cold, cut back or stop exercising when you don’t feel well and take a full day off every week. Most importantly, do not stop regular workouts abruptly as it leads to various undesirable side effects.
