Curl the handles up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Lower the handles back down and repeat. Chest press: Workout with Toning Tube at Home. Lie on your back on a mat or a stable surface and hold the toning tube handles with your palms facing down. Extend your arms straight up above your chest, then slowly lower them down towards your sides, keeping your elbows slightly bent. Press the handles back up and repeat.
